I have never been more gobsmacked than I was when this video began to play at the Country Music Honours. I still struggle to find words for how deeply moving and special it was. To be honoured by the community of people who have had a front row seat to my journey the past 20 years since I first landed in NZ, who know the struggles and the joys along the way, is just the most incredible thing.
