Absolutely devastating. A couple shared this video with KOMO News of their house in Deming, Wash., along Truck Road, being completely uprooted and swept away by the Nooksack River in Whatcom County. The Nooksack River crested at a record-high 150.49 feet around 3 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, according to the National Water Prediction Service's gauge in North Cedarville, which is seven miles from this neighborhood. The couple said the home, which sits on a beautiful property near the river, has sur
