Meatball Subs 🍝 Meatballs Recipe 1/4 cup milk 2 eggs Italian parsley 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs 1/2 diced onion 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) but I used shredded still came out fines beat your eggs and milk together add everything above to a bowl I used salt and pepper to season you could add what you like I seared them on both sides for 12 minutes on low heat to make sure the meatballs cook all the way through without burning I added a jar of marinara sauce and let it simmer for about 10-1
