This post of Aiken Skyview takes us over to the Aiken Train Museum The Aiken Train Museum functions as the City of Aiken Visitors Center, and hosts weekly trolley tours that cover Aiken history. It’s a replica of Aiken’s 1899 Southern Railway passenger depot. The building was widely considered to be one of the “jewels” in Southern Railway’s depot network. For about half a century, Aiken’s depot catered to Winter Colony passengers/wealthy Northerners travelling on private Pullman coaches. They ca
