There is a scimitar-horned oryx baby boom at the Kansas City Zoo! Three of our newest residents got to stretch their legs on exhibit for the first time this morning. These extremely rare antelope are classified as extinct in the wild and the KCZoo is doing our part to ensure their survival. We are still expecting more youngsters this spring, so keep your eyes peeled for these adorable calves on exhibit on the African plains. | Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium
