To make this recipe I use 3 pounds of lean ground beef 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 onion, 1 bell pepper 1 big poppa potato diced 2 zucchinis 1 can of sweet corn I seasoned it up using all purpose seasoning, I usually use sanchos AP seasoning and sazón. To give my dishes a good flavor I like to use chicken bouillon about one or 2 tablespoons I did sheet a bit and used tomato sauce, but you can also use the pato sauce or make your own. I added some water to thin it out and let it simmer
