These foods all come with useful amounts of protein, of course...but they're certainly not what I would deem high. And more importantly, they come with a good whack of fats/and or carbs. No problem with this, if you're very active, looking to gain weight or both! But if fat loss is your goal, it's a much smarter idea to stick with leaner protein sources such as lean meats, poultry, fish & eggs. Because ultimately, if you're not in a calorie deficit, you ain't gonna lose any weight! Simples 👍🏻
