Optiplex 3060 stuck at 0.79GHz, unticking "Disable Turbo Boost" on Throttlestop is the only way to bring it back to normal speed. Already tried disabling and re-enabling the Turbo Boost in BIOS but still stuck at 0.79Ghz, any help would be appreciated 😁
