I love Friday’s because they are shorter days. I had a deep cleaning scheduled today & this is what’s in my cassette. Normally I provide local anesthetic, but this patient preferred to just have topical gingicain applied instead. This patient tolerated treatment well with the gingicain. My go to instruments for scaling & root planing are Gracey 11/12, Gracey 13/14, Gracey 1/2, s024s, 11/12 explorer, & my cavitron tips 🙌🏼 I’ve been trying to use the releaf suction more.
