On October 4, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m., officers with the Decatur Police Department were dispatched to the 1900-block of Mud Tavern Rd. SW in reference to a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and located an unresponsive male with an apparent gunshot wound. The male was identified as Mason Cullison, a resident of the home.
