On July 23, the Anhui fire rescue team evacuated those trapped at the Zhongyuan Institute of Science and Technology in Zhengzhou City, #Henan Province. A boy wading through floodwaters embraced a firefighter and wept in his arms. The boy is only 17 years old and hails from Gansu Province. Passing by Zhengzhou, the boy was stranded by heavy rains.
