BRIGHTON, Ala- Brandon Dean is out as the Mayor of Brighton, Alabama. Now, Brighton officials are trying to figure out how to move forward after a judge ruled that Dean can't keep office. That ruling was based on Dean not getting enough votes in last year's election based on the validity of absentee ballots.
