This shrine is a tribute to the love of Mary of the Catholic people of Holy Trinity Parish in Trinidad. It is certainly part of our local historical and artistic heritage. Many people also experience it as a place of powerful spiritual presence, healing, and peace.

The church will be open approximately 30 minutes before each Mass. For security reasons, the building is locked at all other times. If you would like to visit the inside, please call the office at (719) 846-3369.

Hospitality Ministers greet parishioners and visitors as they enter the church. They are also responsible for distributing bulletins and collecting the offertory. Anyone with a special need or request should approach a Hospitality Minister.

Preparing children and young people for their first Holy Communion is critical to all Catholic religious instruction. Generally, we ask children to enroll in a two year process – beginning in the first grade – with the Sacrament being received at seven years of age, while in the second grade.
