US President Donald Trump on Sunday said a Russian strike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy that killed at least 34 people was "a horrible thing." President Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One on April 12 that face-to-face negotiations between U.S. and Iranian officials that started that day were “going ok,” and that discussions of a ceasefire deal between Russia and Ukraine “might be going ok.
