RALEIGH, N.C. — NC State wide receiver Kevin Concepcion is planning on entering the transfer portal. It's been expected for weeks this would take place, but sources confirm he will head to the portal after two seasons with the Wolfpack.

Along with Riley entering the portal, Auburn will lose tight ends Luke Deal and Rivaldo Fairweather who are out of eligibility.
