Phoenix police are investigating the Dec. 22 death of Zachary Hostetler, 36, near 47th Street and Shea Boulevard.
A man and woman are dead, and a child was found safe, after an apparent murder-suicide in Phoenix early Monday morning.
The case was turned over to Phoenix police homicide detectives. Following a postmortem examination, the Office of the Medical Examiner ruled Hostetler’s death a homicide. No suspect information has been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
Phoenix PD responded to a 3-car crash; one car fled, man hospitalized, and a separate incident involved a police SUV collision.
PHOENIX — Police are investigating a shooting in west Phoenix that sent a man to the hospital on Christmas Eve morning. Officers were called to the area of 39th Avenue and Cactus Road just before 8 a.m. Wednesday. They say when they arrived, they found a man who had been shot.
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — An officer was taken to the hospital after a serious crash overnight. The crash happened around 1 a.m. on Wednesday near 23rd Avenue and Camelback Road, just east of Interstate 17. A police cruiser could be seen flipped on its side at the scene, along with another badly damaged vehicle.
Phoenix police say they found a 30-year-old woman gunned down and a man who barricaded himself in a home before shooting himself on Dec. 22.
In the late morning of Dec. 7, Phoenix police officers scoured a Deer Valley neighborhood after someone called 911 to report a man threatening to shoot someone with a handgun. After an officer located him, the man twice raised his gun at the officer, who shot and killed him.
