Professional Golfers' Association Commissioner Jay Monahan said on Thursday President Donald Trump has brought the PGA and Saudi-backed LIV Golf closer to a deal to reunify the game.

Tour officials said the session at the White House “brought us closer to a final deal” that would be subject to Justice Department antitrust scrutiny.
