The San Francisco 49ers are extremely banged up going into their Week 13 showdown with the Buffalo Bills. However, they will at least have starting quarterback Brock Purdy this week after he missed Week 12 with a shoulder injury. He was limited for Wednesday and Thursday’s practices before getting a full participation in Friday.

Being without Brock Purdy against the Green Bay Packers stung the San Francisco 49ers. It essentially chalked up the game as a loss for the 49ers before they even played it. Purdy is dealing with soreness in his throwing shoulder that he suffered in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks.

When Brock Purdy started looking visibly uncomfortable during the fourth quarter of his Week 11 showdown against the Seattle Seahawks, it called the very fate of the San Francisco 49ers 2024 NFL season into question.
