Russian drones attacked a medical facility in Kharkiv late on Feb. 28, sparking a fire in Ukraine’s second-largest city, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported. Drones also struck an area near a gas station and a building adjacent to a high-rise apartment complex.

Russian forces staged mass strikes late on Thursday on energy targets in Kharkiv region in northeastern Ukraine, the regional governor said.

Russian forces carried out a “massive strike” on the energy system of Ukraine’s Kharkiv region on the evening of February 27, Governor Oleh Syniehubov said. He did not specify which facilities were hit.
