It was a storybook ending for Marc-Andre Fleury's last game at the Bell Centre.The native of Sorel, Quebec - about an hour outside of Montreal - stopped all 19 shots he faced in the Minnesota Wild's 4-0 victory on the road against the Canadiens on Thursday.

The last time Fleury was in Montreal he received a standing ovation after the Wild's 5-2 win in October of 2023. He was the first star of the game. On Thursday, Fluery said he would have over 100 family members and friends at the Bell Centre. Not only that but there were many Fleury fans in attendance cheering him on.

The Habs looked to finish up January on a winning note as they hosted Minnesota on Thursday. But instead, they were completely shut down offensively, ultimately falling 4-0.
