Sony Pictures Entertainment said Thursday that it is moving to sell streaming rights to “Jeopardy” and “Wheel of Fortune,” two hit programs that have so far remained only available on traditional broadcast television.

The Sun credits Jeopardy! fan favorite tournament player Drew Goins for the ratings boost. Goins, an opinion writer at The Washington Post, became a fan favorite for his charm, good looks, and great performance on the show.

The two popular game shows have thus far been unavailable to stream on-demand, but rights owner Sony is looking to change that. Two of the most popular game shows of all time are finally coming to on-demand streaming.
