Winnipeg police have arrested a 33-year-old man in connection with multiple break-ins and thefts in the city’s south end earlier this year.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes will welcome baseball fans and their four-legged companions on August 23, for the team’s “Bark in the Park” game.
