Microsoft was hoping to release Recall in October but ended up pushing the rerelease to December. The company beat its own deadline, but Recall is where it belongs right now: In the Insiders program, with developers and other enthusiasts who are willing to put the AI tool through its paces.

Recall AI feature captures snapshots of almost everything users do on their PCs, including apps, websites, and other activities, presenting them in an easily searchable timeline. With natural language queries,
