Data analyzed by the CBS News Crime Unit shows at least 50 law enforcement officers have been shot in ambush attacks so far this year.
Lorain Police Officer Brent Payne, who was shot in an ambush along with two of his fellow officers, has been released from MetroHealth Medical Center, according to the Lorain Police Department.
