A former Kentucky sheriff accused of killing a county judge in his chambers two months ago is due in court for an arraignment Monday, the first time the suspect will be back at the Letcher County courthouse since the shooting there.

Former Kentucky Sheriff Shawn "Mickey" Stines was indicted Thursday in the shooting death of a judge in his chambers.

Judge Kevin Mullins was hit multiple times during the shooting and died at the scene. Mickey Stines surrendered without incident.
