Kendrick Lamar has landed his second No.1 on the U.K. Albums Chart with GNX, his surprise-released sixth studio album. The Compton rapper previously topped the chart in 2015 with his third LP To Pimp A Butterfly, while 2017’s DAMN. and 2022’s Mr Morale & The Big Steppers both finished at No. 2.

After a monstrous 2024, Kendrick Lamar put his stamp on the final weeks of the year with the surprise release of a new album, GNX. The project features more bars about Drake after his feud with the Canadian rapper dominated the cultural conversation this summer. Now, following GNX, Drake appears to have spoken out.

Lamar famously feuded with Drake earlier this year and was the subject of controversy after he was chosen to headline the Super Bowl in New Orleans, which some felt was a snub of New Orleans rapper Lil Wayne.
