Three American women, ages 23 through 26, were found dead at the Royal Kahal Beach Resort in Belize over the weekend.

Police in Belize told ABC News on Wednesday that Wafae El Arar, 26, Imane Mallah, 24, and Kaoutar Naqqad, 23, who were found dead in their hotel room last weekend, had died of acute pulmonary edema.
