The Guardians are less than a month away from pitchers and catchers reporting to Goodyear, Arizona for 2025 Spring Training.

The Guardians are bringing Chase DeLauter back to their MLB Spring Training camp, giving the 23-year-old outfielder a chance to showcase his talents again.

DeLauter made three trips to the injured list last season and was limited to 39 games between Double-A Akron, Triple-A Columbus and the Arizona Fall League. Cleveland’s top pick in the 2022 MLB draft registered an .841 OPS in those games.

The Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday confirmed the club’s non-roster invitees to 2025 Major League Spring Training, which currently consists of 23 players from within the organization and other recent acquisitions.

Pitchers and catchers will report on Feb. 13, with the first full-squad workout slated to take place on Feb. 18.

After another effective season in 2024, the No. 2 Cleveland Guardians prospect is Chase DeLauter, who pulled in a whopping (70%) of the vote totals, more than 300 votes ahead of second place. This may have been the biggest prospect voting blowout in website history.
