A bear attacked a man outside his home in Clear Creek County early Thursday morning after the man found it near trash cans and tried to scare it off, Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials said.
A man found a bear outside near his trash cans around 1 a.m. and yelled at it to scare it off. When it charged, he shoved and then kicked it, and it finally ran off.
