The Yankees' great and his wife are at the center of a lawsuit around the cover up of alleged sexual abuse of a minor.

The Riveras are accused of failing to protect the girl who was allegedly abused by two people while at the camp and at their home.

Ichiro Suzuki was voted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Tuesday, but was one vote shy of being unanimous. This questions the integrity of the voting process.

Suzuki received 393 of 394 votes from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America. Sabathia was on 342 ballots and Wagner on 325, which was 29 more than the 296 needed for the required 75%.
