PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns (22-21) closed out the extensive road trip on a high note in defeating the Brooklyn Nets (14-30) by a score of 108-84 at Barclays Center on Wednesday night. The Nets came into the game supremely short-handed, while Phoenix ruled out Bradley Beal approximately an hour before tip-off.

The Phoenix Suns head to Barclays Center to face the Brooklyn Nets in a non-conference matchup. The Suns are 21-21, which puts them in 10th place in the Western Conference. The Nets are 14-29, which puts them in 12th place in the Eastern Conference.

The Nets lost to the Suns 108-84 despite playing solid basketball for the second and third quarters of a game that Phoenix led by as many as 28 points. Keon Johnson had one of his best outings this season as he put up 20 points and seven rebounds against his former team while Jalen Wilson dropped 15 points,
