Ozzy Osbourne performed his final concert with Black Sabbath on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, while sitting on a bat-themed throne. The 76-year-old rocker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.

The singer joined forces with guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer, and drummer Bill Ward for the first time in 20 years.

Reuniting onstage for the first time in two decades, Black Sabbath performed to a sold-out crowd of 40,000 with its all-star, one-day-only charity festival Back to the Beginning, held in Ozzy Osbourne’s hometown of Birmingham on July 5 and serving as a farewell concert to and celebration of the longtime rocker.
