Subway introduces a Meal of the Day deal, which has a seven day rotating schedule, along with two new, limited-time Baja Bliss sandwiches.

Subway is kicking off the new year with a daily meal deal that will keep you satisfied seven days a week. The new Meal of the Day menu: a lineup of its most beloved sandwiches paired with a side and drink for a satisfying special that promises fresh ingredients, signature flavors and unbeatable prices.

Fast food company Subway has brought back one of the most fan-favorite deals for 2025. On January 6, 2025, the food joint shared a press release announcing the return of the Meal of the Day along with the introduction of the Baja Bliss collection.

“Subway’s new Meal of the Day showcases the variety of better for you ingredients across our entire menu, our signature subs, and our definition of value – where you shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality for an affordable price,” Doug Fry, president of Subway North America, said in the release.

“Subway’s new menu update is all about great flavor at a great value and giving our guests new ways to take their footlong subs and snacks to the next level,” said Subway’s Senior Vice President of Culinary Innovation Paul Fabre at the time.

Subway and McDonald's are both leaning into new value meals to kick off the new year. Why it matters: Restaurant chains are continuing last year's big themes of value and affordability in 2025 to entice consumers to eat out.

Due to popular demand, Subway is also bringing back Miss Vickie’s Baja Chipotle potato chips, which are inspired by the bold smoky sauce.
