Police say two people are dead following a crash in Pelham Manor. They say at 9:15 a.m., a Tesla struck a wall at the intersection of Pelhamdale Avenue and Shore Road. Pelham Manor police say two people, who have not been identified yet, were pronounced dead at the scene.
