Aaron judge won the AL MVP Thursday in a week when the Yankees are meeting with free agent slugger Juan Soto in an effort to retain him.

Five of the other six Yankees to win multiple MVPs with the team have been enshrined in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Judge’s second MVP and historic peak have inched him closer to eventually joining those greats in Cooperstown.
