A Monroe County woman was convicted last week of exploiting her elder neighbors in Collier County five years ago. A Collier County jury convicted Lynn Marie Keller, 69, of seven counts of exploiting an elderly or disabled person and two counts of grand theft from a person 65 years or older.

A woman died Thursday after a crash Wednesday night in Monroe County. Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said in a news release that Dorothy Desbiens, 86, of Middle Smithfield Township, died Thursday night at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

A Hermann woman was killed in a vehicle crash early Friday in Franklin County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the 88-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash happened at 8 a.

A New Haven Ambulance crew responded to the 8 a.m. crash. The woman driving the pickup was pronounced dead less than 20 minutes later.
