Suits LA is ending its run. Yes, already. NBC has canceled the spinoff series of the beloved USA Network courtroom dramedy. The first season will conclude with its forthcoming May 18 finale, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

It’s been a tough day at NBC, which needs to make space on the schedule for basketball coverage next season under NBCUniversal’s $2.5B a year deal with the NBA. Suits LA joins dramas The Irrational and Found and comedies Night Court and Lopez vs Lopez, which also just have been axed.

NBC has officially pulled the plug on Suits L.A., ending the spinoff after just one season. Starring Arrow alum Stephen Amell as entertainment lawyer Ted Black, the series was set in a high-stakes Los Angeles firm, Black Lane.
