The Fortnite servers went offline late Saturday as Epic Games gets ready to launch it's new season: Chapter 6, Season 1 - Hunters on Sunday.

Fortnite’s current ‘Remix’ Season has been incredibly popular, but it’s about to end. Not only is the season drawing to a close Saturday, the new Season will be the first of Chapter 6. Fortnite players will get an entirely new map, new movement mechanics, a brand new Battle Pass and much more this weekend.

The downtime for Fortnite Chapter 6 isn’t going to be short, Epic Games revealed. In fact, it will be one of the longest the game has ever had. Servers will go down on Saturday night Eastern Time and are expected to be up early morning. However, this downtime could be even longer, as Epic doesn’t always show the correct estimate.

Fortnite Chapter six, season one ends on February 21, 2025, at 4:00 am CT. The season runs for three months, giving you enough time to grind through your story and weekly quests and play creative maps to accumulate enough XP to get your rewards.
