The Dodge County site where a Canadian Pacific Kansas City train derailed Friday is at the same location where the rail company cited a track alignment issue as the cause of a derailment two years ago, 12 News Investigates uncovered. Friday's incident happened just after 2 p.m. Friday in the village of Reeseville, Wisconsin.
