Chelsea sealed a 2-1 victory over Palmeiras to set up a Club World Cup semi-final tie against Fluminense. Enzo Maresca's side were made to work in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field on Friday as they now head to New Jersey for the last four.

Chelsea star Cole Palmer has said that Estevao Willian has got “amazing quality” as the Brazilian prepares to officially join the club. The Blues first struck a deal with Palmeiras to sign Estevao last year after agreeing an initial £29m fee that could rise above £50m with add-ons.

Despite Palmeiras fans' best efforts in the crowd of 65,872, Chelsea prevailed with Palmer's early goal and a late own goal for the winner. Estêvão scored Palmeiras' goal with a memorable strike.
