As millions of Americans hunker down for the winter storm, 19 states and Washington, D.C., have declared states of emergency.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for counties in Northeast Ohio from 7 a.m. on Friday to 1 a.m. on Saturday.

The NWS said Columbus could see up to 2 inches of snow on Feb. 6, causing slick roads during the morning and evening comutes.
