After 11 seasons, "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" is coming to an end.

Despite Trump’s claims, Colbert has held the No. 1 spot ahead of his fellow broadcast late-night hosts for the past 9 years, surpassing The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2017.

The long-running CBS late night franchise came to an end with what the host called a "normal" broadcast, but the surreal, Easter egg-filled program was stuffed with bold-faced names, with one key exception.

The series finale of “The Late Show” is airing on CBS now, with Stephen Colbert giving thanks to his staff, studio audience and viewers.

Throughout the show, bizarre “technical difficulties” kept occurring, much to Colbert’s chagrin.
