Webcam video captured a spectacular sight of a meteor falling behind the Mayon volcano in the Philippines as it was erupting.

Multiple videos show a rare "fireball" meteor breaking apart with a flash of emerald light over the erupting Mount Mayon.

The landing was caught on a Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology webcam as the Mayon volcano was experiencing a low-level eruption.
