Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty are asking the public to share evidence on the fatal Minneapolis ICE shooting with them after the FBI shut them out of the investigation.

The address comes two days after an ICE agent shot and killed a Minneapolis resident and one day after the federal government announced that the Minnesota BCA would not be given access to information from the shooting scene.
