President Donald Trump is visiting Northern Kentucky on Wednesday, March 11, for an event in a Congressional district he's hoping changes hands in the next election.

Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith, R-Miss., won her primary yesterday and will face off against Democrat Scott Colom in November.

The special election to replace former Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene is projected to be headed to a runoff after none of the candidates secured a majority of the votes on Tuesday night.

As of shortly after 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Democrat Shawn Harris was the top vote-getter, with about 39% of the vote, according to unofficial results from the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
