The Dubai Metro Blue Line is one of the most highly anticipated mega projects coming to Dubai. Split into two routes, one spanning 21km and the other covering 9 km, the Blue Line will connect the northeast of the city with the existing Dubai Metro line, making it much easier and quicker to get around.

Dubai's Burj Khalifa is insured for roughly $1.5 billion for its developer, Emaar Properties, which covers its main structure, while individual apartments, hotel interiors, and offices have been separately insured by their owners.
