It’s been 12 years since Paramount released an Avatar: The Last Airbender animated series, but a brand-new one is already making major waves.
"Avatar: Seven Havens," an animated sequel to "The Last Airbender" and "The Legend of Korra," was renewed the day of its premiere on Paramount+.
The new series sees the world divided into seven fortified city states (think Ba Sing Se), known as 'havens', after a huge near-apocalyptic event caused by Avatar Korra. As a result, the citizens of the seven havens live in fear of the Avatar's return.
