CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A water main break has left one street in Charleston completely underwater. Metro 911 dispatchers say Capitol Street in Charleston is impassable due to the main break. West Virginia American Water provided the following statement:

SKOKIE, Ill. (CBS) -- A boil order was issued in north suburban Skokie and Evanston on Friday after a water main broke, flooding many streets, where the water turned to ice.

A water main break in downtown Charleston lead to a road collapse and additional flooding Sunday afternoon. A 13 News crewmember on the scene reported that the break occurred by the corner of Lee Street and Capitol Street.
