Khloé Kardashian split with Tristan Thompson in 2021, but she has remained a part of his brother Amari’s life in the years since. Amari, 19, suffers from Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a form of epilepsy that prevents him from being able to walk and talk.

During an "Ask Me Anything" episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land on July 30, the Kardashians star, 41, addressed why she stepped in to help with Amari, 18, after the death of Tristan’s mother, Andrea Thompson, in January 2023.
