Andrew Joseph Quattrochi, 25, of Bushkill, was arraigned Tuesday on charges alleging he fatally shot Garrett Gearhart, 17, at the convenience store on West Main Street in Stroudsburg.

Shots were fired around 8:20 p.m. Saturday at Wawa, 1015 W Main St., in Stroudsburg, Stroud Area Regional Police said.
